Rap & Ball Music Video

Incorporating two of the top trends in entertainment, Timothy N. Welbeck Esquire, age 33, creates a music video for his single Rap and Ball 2.0. The song sends a message to young adults around the United States to aspire to become anything they put their minds to besides sports and entertainment.

“The song challenges children and young people alike to pursue their dreams, yet fortifying that pursuit with expectations that transcend their desire for fame,” describes Welbeck.

While studying Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law for his Bachelor’s, Welbeck attended Morehouse College, a well known all male school in Atlanta, Georgia. He furthered his education at Villanova University School of Law back in his home state, Pennsylvania. Only two years after graduating from Villanova and practicing law, the Philly native currently teaches Hip-Hop and Black Culture courses at Temple University.

“Teaching at Temple is a literal answer to my prayer,” Welbeck reflects. “Prior to going to Law School, I taught a religion course at a premier private school in Atlanta.”

Welbeck’s forthcoming album No City for Young Men, already has hits like Nobody, Life is Beautiful, and more. The album contains a compilation of songs that give rap listeners a positive outlook in life, from careers to self esteem.
